針對台北市今年燈節標案是否有內幕，市長柯文哲上午表示這個約他事先都不知道，但曾任北市觀傳局主秘的國民黨副主席郝龍斌辦公室主任游淑慧在臉書質疑：「不知道、不知道、柯文哲只會說不知道。」
游淑慧指出，柯文哲平時嗆聲罵別人錯，一副什麼都知道的樣子；現在出問題了，卻只會跳針說「不知道」。要嘛得標廠商跟市府高層有「特殊關係」，才會能力、經驗不足，還能得標。要嘛市府高層對得標廠商有「特殊要求」，才會出現後續分包、廠商不願意的傳聞。
游淑慧表示，柯市長不要再一問三不知了，想知道什麼，問問下屬就知道；沒有知識也要有常識，沒有常識也要看電視。還說市府祕辛都非得透過柯媽來放話？這是現代太后干政版嗎？另質疑柯市府爆指定「紙風車」加入台北燈節分1000萬元，廠商槮凌遭要求簽「不得有異議」同意書。
不過，新上任的台北市觀光傳播局長陳思宇嚴正表示，有媒體指稱台北市政府要求特定廠商加入台北燈節一事，完全與事實不符，燈節各項準備工作早已展開，且皆在合法合理程序內進行，然近期出現許多不實傳言及報導，不應以政治問題牽涉進大型活動甚至是藝文團體，今後對於諸多臆測性報導，將委任律師展開法律行動，以正視聽，勿因訛傳抹滅市府上下同仁辛勞與努力。
北市觀傳局指出，去年燈節成功舉辦，因此在燈節結束後，觀傳局就接獲非常多單位尋問承辦廠商資料，秉持開放及全民參與原則，樂意接受優秀藝文團體及各方提案，而今年燈節活動規劃及執行內容，包括遊行內容及合作廠商完全由得標廠商自行提出，並經評選程序，合法決標，絕非市府指定，此一報導完全與事實不符。
另外，有關要求簽署「不得有異議」同意書部分，係依政府採購法相關規定辦理，市府基於讓活動能夠順利進行，以確保雙方權利義務責任為最大原則。
觀傳局指出，台北燈節自12月13日決標迄今已經進行一個多月，目前北門燈區、中山堂燈區、友好城市燈區、自由創作區都已經進入規劃及施作的階段，會帶給民眾更精彩豐富的台北燈節。
